Alright, now that you have spent all of your fun money for the month on her brilliant books, how about we get to know Felicia a bit better with my Random Q&A!
*What did you want to be when you grew up? Was it always a writer?
I think it varied every other day. I loved writing so much. My dream job in high school was working for Cosmo magazine...but writing books are much better ...
*If you could be any animal, what would it be, and why?
A cat. Do you know how pampered my cat is? He does nothing all day and gets treats for it! I mean...come on.
*If you could have any super power, what power would it be?
Is the ability to not need sleep a super power? Cause I need it...or want it...or both.
*Top Ten places you want to visit in your lifetime.....

*Do you use real people to influence your characters, or are they completely formed when they come to you?
A little bit of both. Some characters have started out influenced by real people, while some have just developed into personalities familiar to me. It's fun how that happens!
*If you could have a weekend getaway with any author throughout all of history, who would it be? What would you hope to gain from the time spent with them?
Um...I pick Sarah M Cradit. And we would have a total blast doing all types of shenanigans!
*The absolute best part about writing a book for you? The worst?
Telling my character's story is the best, it's so awesome to get it all down, see what happens. The worst? Getting it ready for publication. All the little things make me a nervous wreck. I'm always afraid people will hate it.
*Why did you choose to be a part of Dauntless Indies?
Well, I'm one of the founders, and I really wanted a close group of authors to go to. It's nice to have people that understand this business, the successes and the failures, and can support you with that. It's hard being an author at times, and it's great to have a support system to back you up, keep you motivated, and give advice when needed. The original idea for DI was just a close group to ta...lk with, share things with, and to ask each other for advice. It has definitely grown from that concept and I love it!
*What are you working on now? What are your writing aspirations for 2014?
I'm working on finishing up Entangled Souls and Daring Dane. I want to finish my Intoxicating Passion and White Aura series this year, as well as get the next Scarred Hearts book out.
*Coffee or Tea?
Neither. Ew.
*What is your writing process like? Do you have to have complete quiet, or noise?
I used to just sit and type when needed. I have a dragon now, it's software that types for you and it's amazing!, and now I need a quiet, closed room. It picks up outside noises. I've never needed music though...in fact, it distracts me!
*What is your favorite line that you have ever written?
Hard question. I choose this one because it made so many people laugh and ended up as a favorite on goodreads. "He stumbled forward, "Can I mix my baby batter with your eggs?" he slurred trying to reach up and kiss me."
*If you had to hang out with any of your characters, which one would you choose?
Oh my gosh...Sadie Tabors. She's so funny, sarcastic, and sassy. She's a lot like me. We could get into all kinds of trouble!
